The story of the Upper Sports Foundation is grounded in a clear vision: to discover and amplify emerging sports talents, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds who lack the means to shine. The foundation was born from the desire to change the sports landscape and give talented young people a platform to show their potential, regardless of their background or financial situation.
When we talk about the savvy and elegance of Upper, we refer to our ability to spot pure talent and shape it gracefully into champions ready to face any challenge. However, our true achievement lies in our strategy: to build a bridge between these young people and the professional sports world.
Promoting New Talents
At Upper Sports Foundation, we don't just look for talent; we cultivate and nurture it. Through specialized training programs, clinics, and workshops, young people learn from the best in the field. We are proud to say that many of our proteges, who started without resources, are now recognized figures in their sports disciplines.

Empowering Disadvantaged Communities

That is why we work closely with low-income communities, organizing events, building sports facilities, and offering scholarships to those with a dream and the determination to pursue it. Our goal is that no talent goes undiscovered due to financial barriers.
In collaboration with the Don Antonio Rivera Venegas Foundation (FDARV), we have conducted seminars and training sessions with Upper athletes at the FDARV gym in Tlacolula. This alliance strengthens our commitment to empowering disadvantaged communities through sports, ensuring that more young people have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
The Don Antonio Rivera Venegas Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering collaboration and mutual support in communities. Our mission is to promote sustainable development in Mexico, with a particular focus on improving the quality of life in rural areas.
